MD4all

MD4all is an open-source, user-friendly Python application that provides a PySimpleGUI-based graphical interface for OpenMM simulations. Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations are notoriously complex to set up, usually requiring extensive command-line workflows, script writing, and deep knowledge of force fields just to get a protein simulation running. MD4all lowers this barrier to entry, making MD simulations accessible to wet-lab biochemists, students, and researchers who might not be computational experts.
